Here at G-Force Pole and Fitness we provide a number of different classes including pole, aerials, dance and fitness. Pole and aerial classes are offered as a structured curriculum to help students build strength through weekly progression. Students can enrol in our ten week term, or attend classes casually (except for structured pole and aerial classes) space permitting. See below for some information on our classes.
POLE DANCE CLASSES

During your first 10 weeks you will learn the fundamentals of pole dancing. We will have you spinning up a storm and climbing to heights you've only dreamt of. Once you've completed our beginners classes, the only way is UP(sidedown)! With each progressive course continuing to increase your strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina. Soon enough you'll be attempting unthinkable, gravity defying tricks and flips.
Pole classes will challenge you and urge you to break through your comfort zones, leaving you feeling fit and confident!

Pole Recall
Struggling to remember everything you have learnt??? Are you finding a couple of moves a little bit challenging??? Do you want to increase your strength, co-ordination and perfect those moves you may not have had time to in previous terms? Well this is the class for you! Join us in creating combos to help build your stamina and revise any moves you may be struggling with.
**Intermediate Recall - Suitable for students who have completed Intermediate 2 and above.
**Advanced Recall - Suitable for students who have complete Advanced 1 and above.

This class has been designed to help build strength, improve lines, enhance execution and make your moves and combinations look effortless and graceful. A great way to prefect moves you are struggling with and get out of those bad habits!

This class has been designed to help you build your confidence, endurance and strength. You will focus on learning a sequence of tricks and explore new ways to get in and out of moves already in your repertoire.

MUMS & BUBS CLASSES

Are you finding it hard to find time to exercise since having your bub? We have the answer for you. This specially designed class allow you to bring your bub along and still get a full hour workout. This class will focus on a half an hour pole workout and then a half an hour workout with your baby getting you back to your pre-baby body in no time.

AERIAL SILKS & LYRA CLASSES

Our Aerial Classes are designed to improve your strength, flexibility, fitness & overall tone. We combine two different apparatus offering you the opportunity to learn various skills on both the Lyra (Aerial Hoop) and the Silks (Aerial Tissue) within the one class. Get the heart pumping with some amazing drops and fall in love with the adrenaline & beauty of Aerial fitness. G-Force offers Aerial classes to both Juniors & Adults. These classes have been designed to build the strength you need to conquer those tricky moves you are struggling with and condition your body to transform into a machine! You will have buns of steel, abs to die for, nice defined arms and killer legs. **Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. No pole or Aerial experience necessary.
Acro, Bends and Balances
Learn the foundations of handstands and acro movements, basic back bending techniques, correct positioning and drills for all things acro and progressions to eventually achieve a walkover! **Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. No pole or Aerial experience necessary.
Turn & Burn
This class is a workout and a half! Burn calories and tone everything from your fingers to toes whilst dancing to some funky tunes. This class will not only compliment your figure but also help with endurance and lines for your pole work. Think Jane Fonder cross Power Barre plus a whole lot of fun!!!! **Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. No pole or aerial experience necessary.
Dance Fit
DanceFit is a high-energy class set to upbeat music and features choreographed dance, some strength tracks and "repeat choreography" (think The Nutbush but better!) You’ll get a great cardio workout that melts fat, strengthens your core, and improves flexibility.
Classes can be geared for just about any fitness level. Though most dances involve high-impact moves like bouncing and jumping, it can be modified to meet your needs. **Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. No pole or Aerial experience necessary.
Exotic Conditioning
This class is a workout and a half! Grab your biggest pair of Heels, some knee pads and let's workout Exotic style! Burn those calories and tone everything from your fingers to toes whilst being Fierce, Sexy and Hardcore. You will learn some bad ass Floor tricks, explore different ways to move your body and find your inner vixen! This class will not only compliment your figure by toning your legs, butt, core and arms but also help with endurance and lines for your Pole & Aerial work, and not to mention it's a hell of a lot of FUN!
Heels Chorey
This class will test your endurance, co-ordination, fitness & stability as well as have you leaving feeling FIERCE!. You will spend each week learning a new routine to help improve all of your Pole and Dancing skills. **Suitable for students who have completed Intermediate 1 & above.
Flex & Conditioning
Let us bend you into positions unimaginable and watch the results pay off week by week. We will have you doing the splits, back bends and folding yourself in knots in no time. This class will compliment you pole work and allow you to get into those impressively bendy positions we all thrive for. Our owner and head instructor Gem is certified with Alixa Flexibility and has completed professional modules to help guide students through targeted stretches to ensure they get the most from a Flex & Conditioning class! **Suitable for EVERYONE!
