OUR COVID19 SAFETY PLAN
SOCIAL DISTANCING
1. Based on the size of the studio, we have capped our occupancy total at 36 people (including staff and students) at a time.
2. Due to the above capacity requirements, all students must wait outside before their classes and not linger around once class is complete.
3. We ask that the parents of our children's classes follow the same protocol, please wait with your children outside until class commences. Unfortunately until further notice, you will not be able to spectate during class.
4. As per the NSW government restrictions, no class has over 20 participants - we adhere to a strict booking system that doesn't allow capacity to be breached.
5. All staff have undergone a training day and restructured the class curriculum so that we can minimise hands on contact when it's safe to do so. However safety is always our number one priority for staff and students, so if we do have to intervene and assist a student so that they don't fall, we will. If you wish to request strict no contact requirements, please do so in writing via email or our facebook page.
6. Where possible, we request all booking, queries and payments are to be made online, so to not cause congestion at the reception desk.
7. To avoid congestion, we also have separate entry and exit doors.
8. Due to capped class sizes and studio capacity requirements, we ask that students let us know as early as possible if you can not attend your regular class. We will do our best to accommodate makeup lessons but please understand that particular time slots (where three classes are running simultaneously) are not able to be used due to studio capacity.
HYGIENE
1. There is a 5 minute break between each class starting time in order for staff to conduct a thorough clean of all common areas and equipment - door handles, light switches, taps, toilets, leather couches, crash mats, poles and aerial apparatus'.
2. The studio is then deep cleaned (floors, bathrooms etc) twice a week.
3. All students must sanitise their hands upon entry.
4. All students must bring their own towels and yoga mats to class.
5. IF UNWELL - PLEASE STAY HOME.
GENERAL
1. All G-Force staff have completed their 'Infection Control Training - Covid 19' with the Australian Government Department of Health.
2. G-Force is a Covid Safe Business with a NSW Government registered Safety Plan.
3. As per regulations as at 01.08.2020 we have 2 x Hygiene Marshals to oversee and review all safety and hygiene requirements at the studio - Jaymee-Lee Scott and Zoie Magann can be easily identified by their HM lanyard.
